After visiting his uncle’s dairy farm in China, Robert Luo sought to find a solution to the spoiled milk wasted in his uncle’s farm. This led to Mi Terro, where Luo turned spoiled milk into fibers for clothing and hopes to create more sustainable applications for food waste technology.
